Our facilities include a volatile organic compound (VOC) processing unit that uses regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO).

In pursuit of continuous improvement of our environmental emissions, the Celrà and EHP manufacturing sites use regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) process that achieves high thermal efficiencies to ensure VOC emissions compliance.

The Celrà manufacturing site includes an installation designed to ensure compliance with the limit values for VOC emissions. Its maximum treatment capacity is 20,000 Nm³/h, with working temperatures above 860°C and an emission limit of 20 mgC/Nm³, while EHP's capacity is 25,000 Nm³/h​.

All manufacturing units at the Celrà site are connected to the RTO​.
