ESTEVE IS RECOGNIZED AS A "HEALTHY COMPANY" BY THE INSSBT

ESTEVE was just recognized as a "Healthy Company" by the Spanish National Institute for Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Work (INSSBT) from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, at the 3rd Meeting of the Spanish Network of Healthy Companies held in Madrid.

ESTEVE’s Healthy Company Program revolves around the four axes of "MOVE EUROPE", the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP) initiative, which aims to improve healthy habits in both workers and society. Most current risk factors can be modified by building new healthy habits.

Our program aims to ensure the health of our employees, prevent disease, foster active ageing of our workers, and contribute to compliance with SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Most relevant among other actions of the ESTEVE Healthy Company program is the "Move for you, move for them" initiative to promote physical activity, and solidarity —with increased participation in 2017.
In addition to taking action to prevent cardiovascular diseases, all ESTEVE work centers are certified "Cardiac Protected Areas" and include defibrillators and staff trained on their use in people suffering a cardiac arrest.

Importantly, ESTEVE adhered to the Luxembourg Declaration in 2015 and undertook to integrate the promotion of health at work.

ESTEVE Sustainability Director Paz Arias received the award from Javier Maestro, Director of the Spanish National Institute for Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Work (INSHT), from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.

ESTEVE is part of the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion, formed by companies which, in addition to ensuring legal compliance with health aspects at the workplace, use an integral approach to manage the workers’ health and evaluate health in all the company’s policies.
