ESTEVE occupies 10 of the 13 stories of the Esteve Tower, a building that is part of the new business area of Barcelona where Iberdrola Inmobiliaria promotes 4 buildings: Torre Auditori, Torre Esteve, Torre Ponent, and Torre Llevant.

This move fulfills the long-sought-after goal of centralizing all work centers in a single site. One of the requirements for this move was selling the historic corporate headquarters at the quarter of Guinardó (Barcelona), a transaction that was finally part of the same global agreement reached with Iberdrola.

Team concentration at a single work center will help accelerate digitization, promote more aligned, collaborative, cross-cutting work, and encourage innovation.
The new building provides a structure that combines bright and open spaces with excellent finishing details. In addition, the Esteve Tower has a Class A Energy Performance Certificate and a "Very good" BREEAM rating, and stands out for its functionality, sustainability and energy savings, thus making this office complex a unique and sustainable business center in Barcelona.

ESTEVE has just published its Sustainability Report with 2017 activity data in the economic, social and environmental fields, a document endorsed by the Global Report Initiative (GRI), entity an independent international that leads and fosters the development by companies of transparent and verifiable information.
