Mr. Rodríguez is a trained Engineer and received a diploma in Marketing and General Management from the IESE Business School (Barcelona, Spain).

He worked with Schneider Electric from 1984 to 2015, ultimately serving as Vice-Chairman of Company Transactions. He was a member of the executive committee at Schneider Electric worldwide for 13 years, and remains a director of Schneider Electric Spain.

Since July 2015 he has served as CEO of the Cementos Molins Group, a company which has 10 production plants, 4,500 employees and an industrial presence in nine countries.
