ESTEVE TO ACQUIRE TERSERA THERAPEUTICS’ INFUSION SPECIALTY THERAPIES BUSINESS UNIT, EXPANDING U.S. PRESENCE

ESTEVE and TerSera Therapeutics LLC announced today that they have entered into an agreement in which ESTEVE will acquire TerSera's Infusion Specialty Therapies Business Unit (IST). This strategic acquisition enables ESTEVE to expand its U.S. presence, with two highly specialized on-market assets and a dedicated team of sales, marketing and medical professionals.

MAR HERNÁNDEZ JOINS ESTEVE AS CHIEF PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION OFFICER

ESTEVE has announced the appointment of Mar Hernández as new Chief People & Organization Officer. Mar will be part of the company's Executive Management and will report to Staffan Schüberg, Chief Executive Officer at ESTEVE. This appointment follows the departure of Helle Juhl, after more than five years of outstanding contribution to the development of the human resources area.
