Jane currently is FTSE NED (Financial Times Stock Exchange Non-Executive Director) at Johnson Matthey and at BAE Systems. She chairs both an AIM-listed (London Stock Exchange’s Market for Small and Medium Size Growth Companies) Biotech Redx, and Theramex.

She serves as an advisor to the Johnson & Johnson Impact Ventures Investment Committee and is a member of the Healthcare Advisory Board of the private equity company Inflexion. She also was a sponsor for the J&J Women's Leadership Initiative.

She was Global head of Actelion where she led the organization while integrating the largest-ever acquisition made by the company into J&J

Other prior positions include Company Group Chairwoman for Janssen, where she led the Pharma business across EMEA. Before that, she led the Infectious diseases Global Strategy Group which included the launch of J&J’s HIV launches across the globe.

Jane's passion for sustainability led her to advocate for more sustainable practices at J&J. Currently, she chairs the ESG Committee at BAE Systems and mentors women through the Criticaleye Board mentor programme.

In January 2024, Jane joined the Board of Directors at ESTEVE.
