Roser Gomila studied Business Administration at ESADE, Barcelona, and completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE, as well as other programs such as Global Strategic Management (GSM) at Harvard Business School, United States.

She began her professional career at GE Capital Bank in 1993, working as Head of Treasury, and later as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis FP&A.

In 1999 she joined the SIMON Group, a family-owned electrical equipment manufacturing company, where she held Corporate Development and International Control functions; until assuming the position of Chief Financial Officer & Deputy General Manager in 2005, at a time when the group was expanding internationally, with subsidiaries in more than 12 countries.

In 2017 she joined as Chief Financial Officer, REIG JOFRE, a pharmaceutical Spanish company listed on the Continuous Market, where she participated in a process of strong growth, both organically and through acquisitions.

In 2023 she joined ESTEVE as Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for the areas of Administration and Finance, IT, Treasury, Risk and Legal.
