Catherine is a member of the Board of Directors at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and MoonLake Immunotherapeutics. Additionally, she serves on the boards of several privately held companies, including Asceneuron, Noema Pharma, and CMR Surgical.

She was chairwoman and then CEO of MedDay Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company focused on rare nervous system disorders.

Catherine began her career in management consulting in the US and London before transitioning to investment banking, where she became an executive director in Equity Capital Markets at Citi and Morgan Stanley.

Her extensive experience in specialty pharma companies brings to ESTEVE a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight, enhancing our ability to innovate and excel in this field.

She holds both an M.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Yale University.

In July 2024, Catherine joined the Board of Directors at ESTEVE.
