Helle Juhl holds a Master's degree in Economics and Languages from the Copenhagen Business School and she has more than 14 years' experience within HR areas and is particularly skilled in designing organizations and change management processes.

She has extensive international experience. Prior to moving to HR she was working in Communications and Marketing functions in different companies. Until her arrival at ESTEVE she was Senior Director & Head of HR Business Partnering at Lundbeck, which she joined in 2003 and where she carried out different functions.

In 2019, Helle joined ESTEVE's Executive Management team as Chief Human Resources Officer.
