Jacob Tolstrup holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law, as well as an MBA in International Management.

He earned a successful career at Lundbeck, where he held positions that provided him with a holistic understanding of the business and corporate functions comprising Business Strategy and Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, IT and Finance. Before joining ESTEVE, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at Lundbeck.

Jacob brings extensive experience in Business Development and a keen strategic insight.

In 2024, he joined ESTEVE´s Executive Management as Chief Business Development Officer. By 2025, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer with the aim of advancing our transformation into a highly specialized pharmaceutical company.
