Mr. Urbieta studied Business Administration at ESADE (Barcelona, Spain), and holds a master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (now known as Thunderbird School of Global Management)(Glendale, Arizona.).

He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen in 1985, providing audit and consulting service related to corporate transactions. After seven years, Mr. Urbieta entered to work in the Spanish confectionary group LACASA, where he developed several managing roles until he became General Manager of the group. In May 2001, he joined The Colomer Group, a spin-off of the worldwide professional products business of Revlon, as CFO. In 2012, he joined the ESTEVE group as CFO and General Manager of the support units.
