Mr. Faus received a law degree from Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain). He has a degree in advanced legal European studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium), and participated in the executive management program at IESE (Barcelona, Spain).

He founded Faus & Moliner, a Spanish boutique law firm specializing in support for clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

He is the author of several publications on issues of community law and pharmaceutical law. The Chambers & Partners Guide since 2012 has listed Mr. Faus as one of the best lawyers in Spain, capable of combining knowledge, innovation and full dedication to clients.
