Mar Hernández holds a degree in Labour Relations from the University of Barcelona and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Pompeu Fabra University. She is a seasoned HR executive with a strong international footprint and a deep commitment to fostering people, culture, and organizational growth.

Her career began in 1999 at Henkel, where she quickly demonstrated her global mindset. In 2002, she took on her first international assignment in Thailand, supporting the Asia-Pacific region. In 2006, Mar joined General Electric (GE), where she held a series of global and regional HR leadership roles. These included serving as Global People Partner for Life Sciences at GE Healthcare in London, and leading talent and organizational development initiatives across Africa, India, and Asia from her base in Kenya.

In 2018, she joined Amplifon, driving people and culture strategies across diverse markets and leading strategic M&A projects. In 2021, Mar joined HP, supporting the 3D Printing and Incubation business, and as Global Head of People for Industrial Graphics.

In 2025, Mar joins ESTEVE as Chief People & Organization Officer
