Ignacio is an expert in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, and is currently a partner at the law firm Uría Menéndez in Barcelona.

In M&A, he advises private equity firms, industrial companies and family offices, and with broad expertise in shareholder agreements, incentive plans, and exit strategies, with experience across industries such as industrial, consumer, tourism, and real estate.

In corporate governance, he has served as Secretary to the Board of over 25 companies, including two public ones, advising on regulatory compliance, corporate policies, and crisis management.

Ignacio joined the board of directors of ESTEVE in 2025 at a pivotal time in the company's growth and acquisition strategy.
