Among her priorities will be talent development, the strengthening of organizational culture, and support for the company's evolution, with the objective of continuing to generate value for the business in alignment with global growth plans and business needs.

Mar Hernández holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and has built a solid career in international companies across various sectors. Throughout her professional journey, she has held leadership positions at companies such as Henkel, GE Healthcare, and Gaes Amplifon, and has gained extensive international experience with nine years of assignments in countries including Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Kenya.

Prior to joining ESTEVE, she served as Global Head of People for the Industrial Graphics Business of Hewlett Packard, where she drove global talent management strategies and developed key organizational initiatives to drive business transformation.
